At ThreadsKalakari, we take great care in providing high-quality embroidery kits and materials. Since our products are specially curated and often include handmade items, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
- We currently do not accept returns on products once delivered, as embroidery kits and materials are personal-use items.
- Returns may only be accepted in case of:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
If you receive such an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at threadskalakari@gmail.com
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The order was canceled before dispatch
- You received a defective or wrong product and we cannot provide a replacement
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
To initiate an exchange, please share an image of the product received along with your order details.
